Meet your Coach

I’ve always loved being active growing up and learning as much as I could about fitness and nutrition. The more I learned the more passionate I became about the healthy world. I then decided to pursue that passion by earning my bachelor's in Nutrition Science and becoming a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer.

In 2022, I wanted to experience something different and to push myself I little further. I decided to compete in the bikini category. Let me tell you, what an experience. I challenged and pushed myself every day. I learned even more about what the mind and body are capable of. 

​

Not everything was perfect, I had a bumpy road along the way when I found myself facing some body dysmorphia during my teens, consumed by restriction, fear of weight gain and not fueling my body as needed. I had to re-learn what being healthy meant to me. I’ve found my balance, confidence, and love for training to look after my body and feel good!

 

I found my version of being happy and healthy and I want to help you find yours!

  • How often do I get my nutrition plan updated?
    Your nutrition plan will be updated with new options every 4 weeks based on your preferences. If you receive something you don't like, simply let me know and I will swap it for you.
  • How many times a week should I train?
    Your workout plan should align with your experience, objectives, and the time you can dedicate. After joining, you'll fill out a questionnaire to indicate how many weekly workouts you can realistically commit to. Based on your input, I'll create an optimized workout schedule. Typically, for optimal results, I advise aiming for 3-5 workouts each week.
  • What are the meals like?
    I will always try to include meals that you like. When you join, you will complete a questionnaire so that you can tell me all your likes, dislikes and favorite meals!
  • Can anyone join?
    Absolutely! I work with people of all ages and backgrounds. Whether you're looking to enhance your fitness, lose some pounds, gain muscle, or simply adopt a healthier lifestyle, I'm here to create a personalized program tailored to your unique goals.
  • Can I workout from home?
    Definitely, your workout program will be designed personally for you - therefore you can workout wherever you want to. I just recommend getting some resistance bands for home workouts and if you have any other equipment like dumbbells, I can incorporate this into your plan too!
  • Can I join from anywhere in the world?
    Absolutely! I coach people all over the world, in English and Portuguese!
  • How long can I join for?
    I have a minimum commitment period of 12 weeks, but you can stay as long as you would like to!
